At this most tragic moment in the wake of the terrorist attacks in your country, I hasten to convey to you and through you to the families of the victims who were killed, including the dozens wounded and to the Government and people of the United States, our sincere sadness and deepest condolences.
We are immensely shocked and outraged, there is no parallel or justification to the ruthlessness, recklessness and cowardice of this heinous action directed against innocent people. We strongly condemn such acts.
Today the people of Djibouti stands strongly with the United States and will continue to fight against terrorism.
